Add FAQ category wise
You can display Frequently asked question for various service. For example FAQs on your product can be added under a “Know about product” category, where as FAQ related to Billing and Policies can be added under “Terms & Conditions FAQ. This way you can add any number of categories and unlimited knowledge base. Naviation links will be provided to see other FAQ lists.

Show / Hide FAQs on website
Now you can add FAQs in advance in admin and save it on server. Be it visible on website or not. Our content management system has this feature to show / hide frequently asked questions. If you have some offer going on for your products, which has separate terms and conditions, you can hide regular terms and conditions for time being, and display the offer related terms only on the website.
